Luxuria is a luxury salon interior defined by a dramatic black-and-gold palette. Glossy dark surfaces, polished white floors and warm golden light combine to create a space that feels exclusive, theatrical and unmistakably premium.
Arched mirror stations
The signature feature of Luxuria is its row of tall arched mirrors, each framed in an intricate gold lattice and lit from within. Set against walls of black veined stone, the arches give the styling floor a strong rhythm and make every station feel like a stage. Black styling chairs with chrome bases keep the look sleek and coordinated.
Reception and retail
The reception counter is clad in black diamond-quilted panels with gold detailing, creating a bold first impression. Behind it, illuminated shelving displays professional hair and beauty products, turning retail into part of the interior design. A decorative gold arch-shaped display unit adds another layer of craftsmanship.
Ceilings and lighting
Ceilings are finished in a radiating pleated pattern with recessed lights, while crystal chandeliers add sparkle along the length of the salon. In one zone, a feature wall and ceiling installation made of gold and black gear shapes introduces an industrial, almost steampunk character.
Wash and treatment areas
Wash stations with black chairs are tucked in beside the retail wall, keeping the workflow efficient while maintaining the same luxurious finish throughout. Additional seating and styling zones extend toward the back of the salon, giving the business room to serve many clients at once.
Design approach
The black-and-gold concept is used consistently from reception to the back of the salon, so clients experience one strong idea rather than a collection of separate looks. Good task lighting at every mirror ensures the drama never comes at the expense of practical styling work.
Luxuria shows how a bold concept can make a salon instantly recognisable. Learn more about our salon interior designer service, or browse our other projects.
